Jon Boyd

Prior to founding Tide Valet, Jon held a management position with a fortune 500 company. His background in logistics, scheduling, quality control, and customer service provide a strong foundation for Tide Valet. Jon graduated with a Degree in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Darla Moore School of Business from the University of South Carolina.

Doug Borkowski

Doug joined the Tide Team in the summer of 2013, initially as a trash hauler. He interned with the company his junior and senior years of college and was offered a full-time position upon graduating with a Degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina in 2015. During his time with the company, he has overseen growth over 10,000 units to date.

Cindy Swartz

Cindy moved to the Columbia SC area from Pennsylvania four years ago. She worked at Keller Williams for three years as Director of First Impressions providing customer service to the public and over 200 agents.

Cindy joined Tide Valet December 2016. She brings with her 20 years of experience in customer service. Cindy’s passion is providing excellent customer service, which is why we are excited to have her at Tide Valet.
